We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Desk Adjusting Claims Team in Mississauga, ON.
Train, coach, guide, support, and mentor our Desk Adjusters with daily operational tasks including claims management, customer escalations and productivity targets. The successful candidate will be responsible to monitor quality, conduct audits and be familiar with specific client protocols; provide written and verbal feedback in a timely manner and to drive performance management.
